The contact form is a simple email form. Once you replace the placeholder address, messages go to that inbox. This static site does not use advertising cookies or analytics unless you add them later.
To reply to you, to deliver the service safely, to keep keys and access notes, to invoice, and to meet insurance or legal duties. The legal bases are contract (a booking), legitimate interests (running a small local service and keeping people and animals safe), and consent (photos on the website or social media).
I do not sell data. I may share what is needed with:
Email and files may sit on Google (Gmail / Drive) once Workspace is set up. Google is a processor under its own terms.
Enquiry messages that do not become bookings: up to 12 months. Client and pet records: while you use the service and for six years after the last booking (tax and insurance). Photos stay only while you are happy for them to.
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask me to correct it, delete it where I have no need to keep it, or object to a use. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
I am a small sole trader. ICO registration is only required if you meet their current criteria (for example CCTV or certain types of processing). Check ico.org.uk once bookings start.
This service is for adult owners. I do not knowingly collect data from children.
